From what it seems, as long as you pass one step you'll be invited to the next. When? Who knows - it all depends on the local hiring needs, but it looks like at each FIR they've been doing assessments non-stop since the start of 2022. If you just completed the FEAST, expect the testing process to take another 4-8 months easily, and then waiting for a course offer. If you look through a few threads you'll see a trend in timelines.

At least you can apply again right away, as they count 3 years since initial application. So as of Jan 18, 2023 you are eligible to try your luck again

Has anyone heard anything about YEG VFR or FIC? Wondering if these are still going to roll out for late fall.

Seeing as IFR course offers have rolled out, stopped waiting for that phone call.

Here's my timeline:

Applied: March 2021
Online Assessment: April 2022
FEAST Assessment: July 2022 (passed for FSS)
Pre-Recorded Interview: August 2022
Panel Interview: September 2022 (Eligible for Offer)
Standby Offer for FSS for Spring 2023: October 2022 (which I declined...timing didn't work to move the family, but would consider now)
Standby Offer for FIC for Spring 2023: December 2022 (accepted)
Completed all my clearances but didn't convert to a full seat for the course. Waiting to see if anything else comes my way.

Qualified for FSS.. I heard that interview emails went out but seems like only for ATC? Haven’t been invited yet. Anyone else?

I qualified for ATC and FSS and got invited for an interview in YEG in the middle of August, so you're probably right about it being only sent out for ATC.

I also only qualified for FSS, and haven’t received an invitation yet. Hoping they send out invitations soon! I’m going to assume that they just roll out the ATC first and than FSS later because I’ve seen a lot of people get invited however they’ve only passed for both!
