YZF Tower now has Surface to Air Missile capability, so don't miss any calls, or they will shoot you down :smt040

I love how the tail rotor is only like a foot off the rock. The precision and accuracy required to fly choppers is so impresive.

Thanks,

But if you look at the first picture, you'll see I put the tail rotor in a low spot where the rock is not so high, the side views make it look closer than it actually is... Landing in these type of situations requires you to place that T/R exactly where you want it, otherwise it can get ugly in a hurry.

This years mission is to get some better photos. The others on here are all great... but I'm bored and there hasn't been much new for a while. Maybe this will stir it up. Thanks!

In the cub was MacKenzie Mountain Aviation. The photo is on the South Nahanni just above the park (then). The other photo is in a C180 on amphibs. about 100 miles short of a 1000 mile day from northern Quebec to Huntsville. Some other photos might show up from last season for Angus Air in Watson (C206). Not being a rotory guy myself (8hrsTT), what's the diffference between your 369 and a 500?
