Well there is your BOTL chance for those who want it I guess. I don't know if the mainline would be predudice towards guys from Jazz ( due to training costs, nothing else. )

I hope there is no prejudice towards the Jazz pilots that want to move on. Just went through the online application and it asks a few times if we are or have ever been employed with Jazz. Why would they care? It doesn't ask if you worked for Westjet or Air Transat. I hope it truly is an equal opportunity employer as long as there is no long term solution. As for training costs, it would also be cheaper if they checked all the new hires on the 777s and 787s and gave everyone a status pay. That would suck wouldn't it? So would staying at Jazz because the separate, but common employor wants to save money. Now there will be senior guys pissed at ACPA and Junior guys pissed at management. Then maybe we can file a lawsuit against management for discrimination and holding back our careers. I can just see it now... Seriously though I'm sure they will hire a fair number of pilots from the regionals. With the new CPA agreement Jazz's bottom line is Jazz's problem not AC's
