Obviously you work for PFC - good for you. I'm glad you like your job. But I guess you really make my point for me... You're a self-serving moron who doesn't have the discretion to show some class while representing his employer on a public forum... As for failing checkrides etc. it just never happened - I started out there because at first glance I thought it would suit me best. I finished my PPL did some time building, realized I didn't like the enviroment and moved on to somewhere that suited me better. Have I been back since? I stopped in a few times, and as an outsider, I saw that not much had changed. As I posted, maybe they got their act together in the past few years... As for the joke that is BCIT - well you're the posterboy...
Maybe you should stop by other schools that hangar their planes?Maybe you should stop by other schools at CZBB, where I watch them de-ice the twin with salt rock used for side walks, "just toss that up on the tail, you can't reach it with the broom"
You lose. Keep on pushing in those 152's pal maybe I'll see you in a few years when you get a real job.I'm willing to bet you're a pilot that didn't pass his check ride, and management backed up the instructor over you.
Here are my thoughts: Hire more experienced instructors who aren't there to ride along for hours; take a higher level of pride in your aircraft and impart that on your renters & instructors; seperate your BCIT and PFC operations so it actually feels like a flying club - not a frat house; Get GD back - he was the best thing that PFC had going for it in terms of quality; put more back into the machines that make you your money...It would be great if you could post a logical reply that I can actually take some advice from. Or better yet, something I can take back to the school and offer up a change. That is if you have anything actually sincere to offer me.
