First off, I apologize as I haven't written anything pertaining to the original topic. Currently flying for a comuter in Northern Ontario, great crews, descent pay, low work load, lotsa days off...I'm happy.
Secondly, 7920guy, I haven't lived in Toronto for 7 years now and since then I have lived and flown in 3 different provinces, so I've "come out of my bubble" You missed my point, I called Kitchener white trash because there are alot of white trash there, not because it is primarily blue collar. I was also saying that Toronto is a great place to live, I don't see how that is an arogant comment. It just seems that (and I've seen it first hand especially working in the bush in Northern Ontario) people have this little brother mentality when it comes to Toronto. I seriously can't even tell you the number of times I've told someone that I'm from Toronto and their response was "Oh, Toronto, I hate Toronto" My response is always the same, it is in the form of a question "When were you there last?" I ask. More times then not the response is never. Let me also remind you that while yes the rest of Canada helps Toronto, Toronto's tax dollars(especially under the pinko regime that now rules over the province and the one that ruled the entire country for a decade and a quarter) benifits the rest of the country tremendously. NOT TO MENTION THE LARGE BLUE COLLAR SECTOR IN TORONTO ITSELF.
OH ya and Johnny I may look like a "newbie" cause I only have 12 posts but I've been around for a while and the fact that you have over 250 posts makes you look like the one that "doesn't have a life"

BTW I like east hastings...the freaks everywhere are entertainment of the highest caliber. There's just something about a guy stumbling down the street in a full on argument with himself that makes me laugh...
