They most certainly do care, and are far more likely to do something about it than Transport Canada:

I don't know if they still do it anymore, but a couple of years ago they sent reps down to the major fishing shows in the US and handed out brochures on this very topic. Smart idea IMHO - hit the target market and educate the passengers.

CTA deals with sched stuff. they could give a rats ass about a fishing lodge owner selling fishing trips.
Ditto what Kirsten said - they do care and will fine.

Anyone that thinks that the only people you have to deal with setting up an OC is TC is in for a surprise when CTA knocks on the door. :shock:

Does Thunder hook have a Canadain OC? Or are they operating from the us to the lodge and back to the US?

YOUR LYING. senior goverment beuracrats would never spend goverment money to go to Reno via Las Vegas in Febuary. unless by a few years ago your talking 5 years ago when the big show was actually held in vegas in which case Shhhhh. what happenes in vegas stays in vegas.
