Update on me.

My camera, yes the very very very expensive one, got stolen in Italy last week - from my bedside while we slept if you can believe it. So, I won't be contributing to this fine thread for a while as the insurance is considering how best to pay out the $11,000 it's going to take to replace it....

On a lighter note, judging by some of the shots here, my presence won't be missed! Nice work everyone.

From the bench, for now.

Jesus STL, 11 grand? I hope you had a rider on your policy for that thing. ON the plus side, it only will cost you one day of work to replace it out of pocket. :D

I've heard of crews moving heavy stuff that way, but never thought I'd actually see it! That's awesome!

It actually happens quite a bit Senior, especially in the North. We did it about half a dozen times last summer into twin otters with drill parts. Sure beats lifting...!

The only thing is - you can't miss! Gets pricey quick...

Some awesome pics guys.

Here are some from the company archives that I though I would put up with respect to the short runways thread. I thought I should put them here instead. Not really short runways, but some are interesting.
