The ULP for almost 2 years was not advanced at all while wining and dining CH, knowing full well their MeC would not support it.

CB was gonna leave and solicited support to leave. Folks outside of JAZ said no way.

Last second, ACA exec backed off and said they would send 2 members of their LEC’s instead, thus rendering the meeting worthless. I am told our negotiating team member present at the April 15 meeting referred to this change as rendering the meeting worthless. That much is obvious, but he said so as well.

No one wants to deal with CB anymore.

CB is the longest serving ALPA officer in Canada right now. All ALPA executive expenditures have to pass at least two levels of approval: the MEC treasurer and the ALPA national finance secretary. Furthermore resolutions on the vehicle and office expenditures and travel would have been part of the MEC budget which would have had to pass the YUL reps. So three levels. All expenditures passed those tests.

Jesus Christ you are a real piece of work, the process stalled because it was an attempt at a four party resolution, two of the party’s were engaged in bitter contract negotiations!
I set no expectations on a time frame for an outcome because I have enough brains to conclude there are multiple possibilities that can delay said outcome. I feel like perhaps we are in the home stretch now, of course AC pilots request for interveners status has delayed us further, can’t say I blame them though.

You are a very sad individual. You definitely need some hobbies. This isn't going anywhere. It never was. Because it is clear to all that this is personal, and the way in which you choose to conduct yourself is childish. All you have is insults, innuendo, and claims that simply arent verified, and are ridiculous in their own right. There are robust mechanisms in ALPA to ensure the exact thing you are accusing, is not something that can happen.

Pretty clear after the MEC email, the YVR rep email, that this little coup is over before it started. You don't have the support of the majority of the Reps, the members or really anyone outside your little circle.

ULP stuff moves slowly, and anyone with any experience with the legal system knows this. It is possible for the ULP to progress and see if there is any common ground with another pilot group.

The level of cognitive dissonance you are displaying is really quite something.

The simple fact is, you do not have the support of other bases or membership, and with every post you resemble more and more the nut on the street corner with a cardboard sign shouting conspiracy theories.
