no hourly rates, just a flat salary... but considering most pilots dont reach 1000 hours, the hourly rate would probably work out pretty good... (my hourly rate on my last pay was about $157/hr)
our schedule is based on 16 days worked... for the most part with the co operation of our crew scheduler we get one or two good stretches of days off in the month, but we can only request 6...

would love to say hello to ryder for ya, will he recognize you as mattedfred?

at this level of the industry, there are few better places then perimeter to make a good living while getting experience to lead to a great career (whether at perimeter, or elsewhere)
