That is what I had heard also. Same wheel brake assemblies for the 800 and 900. Not official info but I believe the numbers were run landing a 900 in Calgary in the summer months showed on a regular autobrake 1 landing brake cooling times of 90+ minutes. Again not verified but along with the taxi brake temp increase in has been compared to the A321 taxiing on hot day. I think they should have adopted a tandem gear model like the 757 had would have sorted it imo.
