Just wondering if anyone has any tips, advice, or questions that might be asked for the Air Georgian interview process. Anything would be helpful.

Basic interview Q.
Few general knowledge Q.

Then you do tests on computers.
You finish with SIM eval on the 1900, they put you in with an other candidate and see how you do, hold, engine failure, approach and landing in yyz.

No real feedback after all.

Congrats on the interview Blueontop... Although I don't have tips for you on the interview I was wondering what type of experience/hours you have. Been applying there for a while with no response.

Good luck! I did the interview and assessment back in september...told I am in the "hiring pool" and I'm still waiting.

Anyone with some more recent insight into what kinds of questions candidates are being asked these days? Going in this week for an interview for the RJ and would love a bit of prior knowledge about what I might get asked. PMs are welcome.

Tell me about a time.. stuff like that.
No sim eval or computer test, also no technical questions for the RJ that I know off

If anyone wouldn't mind PM'ing me with some more in depth info on the interview questions I'd really appreciate it. I take it it was a panel of people? HR, pilot, and some other person(shrink ?) ?

Some people are saying sim, while others say no sim. Would it be due to experience of the person being interviewed? Direct entry captain for example? Or based on interview?
