I currently use the Sensor Excel, but just got a Mach 3. I never changed the blades until that white protective material started to wear off. I'm pretty sure Gillette recommends that you change the blades ever 3 weeks, but I was doing it every 3 months or so. Perhaps that's why my face always looks like "scarface" after I'm done shaving
I really want to get an electric razor, but I just cant justify spending $100 on one right now.

I use an electric but it takes time for your skin to adjust to the shave of one if you are used to blades. I love it because I can shave anywhere I want and just rinse it totally clean when I'm done.

Can you tell about this 'experience'...It's a slow Sunday afternoon I could go for story time, let me get some popcorn.lilfssister wrote:I read in a (women's) magazine one time that after five uses you should replace them...now that's for leg and pit shaving...I assume facial hair is coarser (well, part assumption. part experience?) and they should be replaced more often?
