I have a question. If I go to the USA on a holiday and go dual with a flight instructor in a 172 etc can I count this towards my total time for a Canadian license?
As I like to get an aerial view so if possible it would be nice for this to count towards that.
Last few questions on this subject.
Would I need a USA license based on my Canadian? ( or only for solo)
Am I correct my Canadian cat 1 is fine for a USA based on my Canadian ppl but I would need a USA Medical for a conversion?
Thanks

Re: Flight training USA
I believe you will need a FAA license to fly PIC in a N registered aircraft.
The conversion process is easy should you want to get your PPL FAA license. No flight or written test required.
