Would have to be 70K+ to make sense. Odds are it's stickied because you never know when a fcm will bail, and a pool of qualified applicants must be available at all times lest a lucrative contract go unfulfilled due to staff shortages.

As far as I know they're still looking to hire one more captain for a rotational position in CYCB
