Heard tons of hold clearances going out due to an issue in YYC, was wondering if anyone had any info?

I just finished work 'round 6:15ish and despite the ground guys seeming pretty swamped nothing unusual I noticed.
They have been closing taxiways later in the evening for line-painting/maintenance lately.

Just came in from YYJ on jazz, over the PA it was a disabled aircraft and one runway closed (17L).
