Anyone know the pay rate/structure at Thunder?

FO's 1st year $2000/mo + $7/hr holding
2nd yr $2000+$0.02/SM + $7/hr holding
2nd yr $2000+$0.04/SM + $7/hr holding

Capt's
1st yr $2000+$0.10/SM + $15/hr holding
2nd yr $2000+$0.12/SM + $15/hr holding
3rd yr $2000+$0.14/SM + $15/hr holding
4th yr $2000+$0.16/SM + $15/hr holding

Plus $2/duty hr per diems, plus medical/dental/life ins., +lots of rec goodies (ski passes, golf membership, gym passes, etc.)

All in all a pretty good company to work for. Pay for captains cn vary considerably depending on how much flying .

Fly 500-800 hrs per year

Schedule 10 on call pager, 5 off

Bede, how much are the Paramedics paid if you happen to know?

Any way to get 2 paycheques? One for charter and one as a medic?

Paid far more than the pilots.

Thanks for the breakdown Bede - I appreciate it. In the waiting pool for Voyageur but, if nothing happens on that front, hoping to get on with Thunder..

Thunder Training Bonds:
C208, MU2 Capt 10K, 2 yr
KA100, MU2 FO 4K, 2 yr

Captains get $5000 retention bonus once training bond is paid off (end of second year)

I think BLS medics make about the same as a captain, ALS medic make Bill Gates look poor.

I have just been corrected. BLS medics make $48K/yr + $10 per air hour. That's quite a bit more than Captains. ALS medics make much more.
