Looks like the Challenger 300 seat is still open.

Seems the word from most private/charter ops is that they can't keep guys long enough to complete training because of Encore and Jazz's hiring frenzy.

Sorry that was unrelated.

Wow, really?
Hard to imagine leaving a nice corporate gig to go to Jazz or Encore!
Does anyone know the pay / schedule and Aurora?

There is a huge difference between working for a management company and a good corp gig. I think Aurora is one of the best out there these days. Guys seem to get some sort of schedule, decent pay and stats which is very rare in the world of managed jets.
