Private Messages Won't Send or leave Outbox

Hey I am trying to send PM's, however, they will not leave my OUTBOX. They are just stuck sitting there.....WTF?

What are you, NEW?
They don't leave your outbox until the person you send them to receives/opens them.
It's a bit misleading how they label that as outbox, it's not like your email, it has indeed sent.

Changes is right. Until the receiver picks it up it will remain in your out box.

NICE! Yup I guess I am new....thanks guys! Didn't know that it worked like that. Misleading for sure.
