New SMS material from TC

Here is the new SMS guidance material from TC, paper makes everything better.

Considering this material is dated 2008, how is it new SMS material?

Maybe I missed something. I do know that TC has been struggling for quite some time on what a suggested SMS for Small Operators/organizations would look like though .... maybe this one sat in somebody's in/out box for almost a decade before it made out of the cubicle.

The one I downloaded showed June 15, 2008 ..... but I googled it on the TC site .... whiuh is a nightmare to navigate.

Indeed... That document posted by Prodriver does not appear to be available online yet. Perhaps they received an advance copy from someone? Maybe it will be available at one of the following links next week?

I agree that the TC website is a nightmare to navigate compared to the FAA RGL. Not only is it ridiculous to search for a regulation which is now buried in the DOJ full document, it's impossible to find old versions of regulations and standards in most cases.

I wish TCCA would settle the silly language issues and legal issues and produce a more useful information website. For any TCCA people reading this, go here for an excellent example:
