Anyone in YEG get a call for upcoming training yet?

in YEG FIR, streamed IFR....just wondering if anyone has recieved a call yet for the upcoming spring 2017 IFR and/or VFR training courses?

Still nothing, I was told in my interview that if I had not heard by the end of Feb that it most likely meant I wouldn't get an offer for this round of training.

this is just brutal...they say 3-5 months in advance....but also dont say much regarding likelihood, when to expect a call....or what happens if you miss the call....

As of right now, they still are in the process of selecting candidates (they haven't made any calls yet) for the upcoming IFR course this spring....so breathe a sigh of relief that you haven't been cut....yet

I got a voicemail from NavCanada wanting to 'follow up with me about my interview in Edmonton". The call actually came from Gander on behalf of YEG. Of course I missed the call so I have no idea what it means. Apparently they will call back Monday.

haha I have that ringer jacked up to the max! I will not go anywhere without it.....that being said, HR did tell me if they dont reach you that they leave a message, you don't lose your spot from one missed call....CBrassard got an offer from gander so I would expect 90% certain that is a pending offer for you...let us know for sure when you get er nailed!
