Ted Dirstein was killed in this crash.
Ted was a Lake Instructor who trained many people.
An excellent talented Pilot and instructor; he will be missed.
My condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew him.

I knew Ted years ago when he was half owner of Spectrum Airways
Did some flying with him way back in the early 80's when I was learning to fly
Later on I built up a Champ for him.
Sad to hear of his passing .
