What kind of questions can you expect to get on a phone interview?

All jokes aside. It really depends what kind of organization your going to interview with... From a small 703 ops (starting out) usually you can expect a casual conversation, mainly just getting to getting to know who you are and seeing if you’d be a good fit... In larger 703/704/705 with an HR department (given you have some experience) you could expect several behavioural questions and or scenario questions - give us a time when, what would you do if this occurred, what do you know about us etc... but it’s hard to say what you’d get not knowing where your interviewing. I’ve had my iPad ready for a FaceTime interview with 703 CP and HR and when the time came for them to call nothing... Then 15 mins later the owner calls on the phone - hey how ya doing? And just strikes up a conversation. Then say another time at a similar sized 703 operation spent over an hour on the phone with CP and HR...
