Interviewed Last Week!

Post by .25flap »

Had my Jazz interview last week in YYZ, seemed to go OK but I now have a couple of Questions.

At the beginning of the interview they discussed the pay for the first 2 yrs and said in the 3rd yr it went to I think he said hourly based on a 75hr guarente-any one no what the hourly rate is?

Also, is it possible to hold a block as a new hire, I understand there is not much reserve as everyone seems to be flying?

Thanx,

Try that.

It's actually 85 hrs per month as far as I know. Maybe someone with more than 2 weeks with the company can clarify.

I'm new here.

Congrats on the interview and good luck.

I think the pay is based on a 75 hour guarantee, like the folks said. Although things seem to be moving tres rapide, I wouldn't count on holding a block for awhile, jmho.

You interviewed last week....any call back yet?

Mine was 1 hour. 3 person panel, lots of HR questions dealing with human relationships and communication.
there are lots of threads about interview questions on here in the recent history.

I must say, very professional yet laid back and friendly.

Cheers.

Hey,

Still no word, but I havent been home to see if theyve called and the cells been off most of the time as Ive been working! No e-mail either ( they got hold of me for the interview by e-mail as they had called several times and I hadnt been home) Its only been about 10 days so not in to much of a panic!!

2 interviewers, very relaxed almost conversational like deal, not quite an hour long, questions as advertised in most of the threads found here- no real surprises.

Anyone else interview last week in YYZ??

Its all up to them now.

.25 flap,

Same for me.....I am aware of other situations where folks received call-backs very quickly but this time it appears to be taking longer. Perhaps there are more candidates now and the "intake system" is reaching capacity.

Good luck......
