I have some dumb ass "gaming" forum that has hi-jacked my homepage. Every time I turn my computer on this stupid web page is now my home page. No matter how many times I change it back it still some how becomes my home page.
WTF is going on here?

Must be some spyware.
Look into Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoft.de) and Spybot Search and Destroy. BHODemon might also be useful as Browser Helper Objects are often used by the culprits.
Another bit of advice would be to look into using Firefox instead of IE.
