Jeppesen Flitestar IFR V9.0 Anybody use it ????

Post by Axial Flow »

I am just wondering if anyone out there uses Jeppesen FliteStar IFR at all and I would like to get some personal stories before I sink myself 450 dollars in debt for it !

I am going to be doing lots of trans-border flying so no more DCT in the old flight plan, I might actually have to figure out how I am going to get to where I am going. You can also buy the WAC's on CD ROM has anybody tried them out ?

Thanks for any feedback you can offer,

Cheers

Thanks fellas for the replies ! I actually used to have RMS flight planning software back in early 90's it looks as though there software graphically hasn't changed much. I looked on their site and didn't see about the TFR display for the states. One thing that Flitestar does is allow you to select route around for restricted airspace and TFRS.

Again fellas thanks for the input.

Cheers
