A fancy dinner, and we can bring a guest. It's also nice that it is after X-mas, after the stress of the holidays, and in the middle of our slow time of the year.

Oh, and I forgot, I consider my 4% vacation pay as a bonus, because I always forget about it, and it always comes with the December pay cheque.

I was given the best gift of all--- days off. And this time, more than just a weekend. WOW!

First time home in 13 months. Too bad xmas didnt come a bit more often.

Mabey this will help reduce my 1185 hours in 365 days.

Bonus? I do not know the meaning, Scrooge er I mean our Grand High Executive Lord & Chieftain will only come out of his layer in December to shoot Christmas Carolers in the a$$ with a BB gun.

But seriously we have our annual Xmas party, in January. And in one of the most remote locations to get to in an attempt to discourage anybody from actually attending. Some of us did show up last year, or should I say this year only to have him open the door and look suprised to see us. I was shocked when he didn't ask "Do you work for me" or say "We're not done yet so you'll have to wait to start cleaning up."

This year, keeping with tradition our company party will be held on some iceflow 180nm east of the Hibernia Oil Platform.

Merry Christmas and keep your stick on the ice, but not for too long or it will freeze there.

It was only $4835 after taxes. I was trying to brag a little.

I'm a bit bitter after I couldn't pay the bills flying.

Cheap ass owners should be ashamed of themselves.
