Anyone know working conditions or salaries at Provincial ailines? What would be the recomended route to take if you where planning on staying there for a long time, offshore B200 or the airline side of things. Any input on this expanding company would be greatly appreciated.

I had an interview with them, never did go to it though. I had a corporate job offer at the same time and took it.
they sound pretty good. the offshore stuff is for higher timers, my interview was for the kingair and i was creeping up on 3000 hrs with 500 on type and i was to be a cojo for sometime yet. the flying is cool and great experience, but i would rather fly capt in a charter operation (just my opinion). the money wasn't any better then anywere else, but that may have changed. good luck.

What are you talking about? Pay is better than some unionized companies I know of, schedule is a reflection of the growth of the company, and airplanes?...well, i guess if you don't like Saab 340 & Dash 8 pencils. Please get those facts straight.

I got a buddy working there. Moral there is not at the highest as of late, both on the offshore and sked. He said the guys on the offshore are making shit for money. Airline side has a wild sked, with some saab crews spending a day and a half in Sept-Itles on lay over.
Unless you are from the "rock", I wouldn't bother calling for a job, based on the info i've heard the last few months.
