Flight schools tips and suggestion

Hello,
I am new to aviation with no previous background in flight training and I am trying to get into flight school to obtain CPL.
Could someone with flight experience let me know what would be some key factors that needs attention when chosing a flight school? Eg that is it the instructors? Is the fleets? Etc
Are there any school in BC that you recommand?
