do you see any positive or negative on starting a 4 year flight training program next September regarding to my career? currently a grade 12 student.

Go for it! If you have a dream, life will pave the way. If it's not meant to be, doors will be shut all the time. But you will never know if you don't try!

Several pilots I know that started flight training right after the 2008 melt down did quite well riding the leading edge of the wave as things pick up.
