Factoring in career advancment, cost of living, schedule, and base moral/working conditions, which is the best base? is there any to try to avoid?

PS, halifax should be there, but I hear it's been pared down to a min crew

That poll won't help you. The b est base can be defined by sooo many things. Type of living, cost of living, family, aircraft preference, schedule, advancement , pairings available and so on. Toronto and Montreal are currently the fastest growing and therefore the place where most upgrades will take place. How long will this last? Who knows. If I had a crystal ball I wouldn't have to fly around for Jazz, I would open up madamme Gigi's and tell you all your fortune for a shitload of money.
