Continental engine overhaul

I have an IO520BB engine to overhaul...

Where would be a good place to do it if I wanted to avoid doing it in the states?

Are there well-known 'boutique' overhaul shops in Canada which do a lot of continental big bore overhauls?

And is there a cost benefit in getting it done here?
