Duty time sheet
Howdy folks. Just curious. Does anyone have a decent sheet (google docs, excel, etc.) they use to track duty times with warnings for when your getting close to the maximums? I have an old one from an old employer but the set up is locked so I can’t change the formulas for the changes that happened a few years ago. The CP and I are the only ones flying for the company and I was hoping to find a relatively simple solution to make sure every thing will make TC less there be an audit or what have you.

But when the new duty regs are implemented, I think it will be nearly impossible to track without using a more expensive solution. Not sure if Flight Duty XLS will be updated for that.
Unless it's 604, I don't think the hours have changed for that.

Sounds like a great excuse to teach yourself some more about excel! I find that I learn a lot from trying to solve a problem such as this. If you already have something similar, you can copy the format and figure out what formulas you need. Then a little conditional formatting to give you warnings. If it is a simple enough operation it should be something you can build yourself, and then it is much easier to modify it to accommodate changes in the regs.
