Hi everyone,
What is better experience beetween Captain on a ho and copi on king air?

You have your ATPL?
You have 500 MPIC??
If no, Capt on the HO.
If you have the above, Co-pilot and I assume they'll upgrade you eventually...
and the majority of the 350's aren't in butt-fark-nowhere, so I'm guessing your in a city, if you like that?
But the pay might be a bit higher in the Ho..

Ah, the age old question,
Have a look at the company track record. Where did each of the people that were COPI end up. how long does it take to go left seat? what do you do after you are left seat in the navajo?
Do you end up in the king air in the end, and depending on the flight time you have now. it will all effect your chances. with X amount of PIC time, multi time, etc. are you upgradeable to left seat. everyone should be able to fly as capt but are you insurable as capt?
One thing that you don't want to have happen is to max out the COJO time and then find out that you have to go and instruct or move down to the navajo from the king air in order to further your career.
My small insight to the industry.

Take which ever one will get you into the left seat of the BE10 the fastest.
