Is this unfair?

My last post was removed!!!!! Anybody think it's a bit unfair that the Georgian boys get to keep their passes when they join Jazz. And the rest of the new guys get squat. The passes are a large part of the package when the pay is so low. So why the special treatment? Im not saying that the Georgian girls are not special! Why the dispairity?

Life isn't fair. Live with it.

I joined mainline with lots of international widebody experience and watched a few Jazz guys with limited time get better conditions, four years credit, passes, pay etc...Did I like it? Hell no, but that's the deal they made and good for them. Georgian passes? Big deal...

Also,

Why is it the young "new pilots" get the young "new f/a's" out on more dates. Time to get the human rights comission involved.

Doesn't DOH count for anything anymore?

Well I am pretty special thank you very much. You must be pretty bored to even care about whether GGN ppl who have already been doing flying for AC get passes or not!

Anyone know if Jazz guys going to AC keep their passes?

No they do not get to keep their passes from Jazz. After you have your AC ID you can ride with any Star Alliance Member but you have to wait 6 months for your AC privileges to kick in.

Guys I'm going to try not to be rude here but it seems there a few of you who have accepted a job with Jazz and are already crying the blues.As someone stated if you can't deal with it do us all favor and quit now.You pretty much have the best job in Canada and it never ends with certain individuals.Grow up and act like Men and not little girls!

nobody is crying the blues. Its just after reading all the posts after the initial GGN post...... I guess its better when the GGN babys can rub true JAZZ pilots in baby powder!!!!! And im not complaining!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just dont post that you have got to keep a true benefit.

PS. even if you did fly for jazz in the past .... well who cares...

Jazz already helped new guys out by giving commuter passes right after training. Sound's like they're helping out enough. Next time please post in the Complaints forum.
