In modeling funny results of the PTA, I thought up this: SunWing purchase completes and WSW/WJA/SWG baragining unit is on one big "Seniority List" with WEN pilots according to the PTA. Then WJA Group purchases Porter and common employer is declared between WEN and Porter and they are in the same bargaining unit and now Porter is on that great big "Seniority List" created by the PTA with Porter's DOH governing their pilots' transfer rights and other bidding rights to WJA or Swoop or SunWing based on their super-senior DOH and they are ranked higher than some OTS SWG/WSW/WJA pilots. Neato!!

Then of course WJA Group can't resist a Tier 3 feeder so they buy PASCO and CMA and whoever else and those guys and gals bring their DOH to transfer to WJA or WSW or SWG using their super-seniority on the great big "Seniority List" created by the PTA.

Perhaps the WJA MEC and ALPA have figured out a way to bring industry wide seniority based on your Navajo or instructor job DOH. It might even be the day you get your PPL.

Can someone contact the College of Pilots? The WJA MEC has a heck of deal for ya!
