Hi all.
I've been trying to find info online about Air North but have been coming up completly empty handed. Everyone I speak to says that they've hear it's an amazing place to work for with little turn over but it's all second hand rumours.
I'm wondering what the work conditions are like:
Schedule
Management/pilot relations
Pay scales
Benifits
Upgrade times / direct entry options.
If anyone has some info. It would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Re: Looking for info on AirNorth
Depends on department. Ramp does a lot of 4 on 4 off, maintenance is mostly 7 on 7 off, flight attendants bid on things.
Individual results vary, always going to be some individuals that don't get along for whatever reasons but that's all departments, for the most part don't hear of too many horror stories.
For most positions average or slightly above average, lots of jobs in the Yukon to choose from right now and they know it.
Flight benefits are good, heath/dental/etc. pretty standard issue.
Seems to go in waves depending on how busy things are and how many people are in the line, I think it usually takes a bit but nothing too crazy.
