Pre-Interview Tests and Interview

Post by F-16 »

Hey there,

Does anyone have any info on the supposed new pre-interview tests that are being introduced (or rumoured to be introduced) at Air Canada?

I understand there's been some changes since January interviews where there were the 3 psych tests, 1 cog test, medical and interview.

Can you P.M. me if you have any info please? Thanks in advance.

P.S. there were some people I tried to help out in Jan. with info - did anyone get a call - it'd be great to hear if you did.

Cheers,

f-16

Pre-interview tests now, how interesting.
Who are they trying to be now, Cathay ??

Airplanes are parked, flights are cancelled
and still they play their stupid little games.

If AC wants to pretend they are a big internationally
desired airline like Cathay, then maybe they should
start paying their pilots like Cathay does as well !!!!

Yes and maybe they could offer living in Hong Kong where there is a trazillion people, smog etc... You can have your "internationally desired" airline any day of the week. If it was money I was after, I would have become tradesperson.

If you are not sure what to expect by way of tests I would prepare for the usual: Some tech, some psychological assessment and perhaps a psychometric test.

For psychometrics, reviewing information on SHL testing might be of help:

1FD2,

You can't study, you can't prepare, have a beer, go to bed and get a good rest the night before.

You want to know what they are about? In a one worded answer...

YOU.

Regards
