Will Jazz hire 750 hour applicants OTS?

Will Jazz hire 750 hour applicants over the next year or so especially OTS not including the college grads from their programs.

Is the pilot hiring outlook allow low timers to get hired with Jazz’’s minimum hiring times of 750 hours?

Maybe previous applicants can share their hiring times at Jazz .

Do you have 100 hours multi ? Made all the difference for me. Created my profil on their website with 1450 hours but only something like 25h multi. As soon as I updated my multi hours to 100+ (a few weeks later) they offered me an interview.

I can confirm they are hiring their "puppy" school grads ahead of OTS applicants. Identical hours to me and 2 I know already had interviews. Both also had 20hrs or less multi-time.

Thank you for reaching out much appreciated, so I guess you’re either a puppy school grad with 10 hours under your belt or somebody with like 1500 hours plus to get a job at Jazz nowadays. So guys like us with between 750 hours and above don’t have a chance.

That's the impression I get. Though there are other operators out there with bigger jets and better pay hiring at 1,000-1500hrs. I'm personally going to write my A's and hold out for one of those if that's the way Jazz is recruiting.

Has anyone heard anything regarding Jazz hiring <1000 hrs (OTS no iATPL) for upcoming GS and future?

I’ve applied and doing my atp exams soon, less than 1000 with few hundred multi pic. Porter looks like its stern on 1000+, with Encore shutting down east significantly Jazz/Porter become more viable for east. Prefer Jazz since AC is option down the line.

Go get a medevac job with a quick upgrade for the next year and a half, build a bunch of turbine MPIC, then show up as a DEC or quick upgrade candidate at Jazz. Based on today’s aviation situation that reads like the fastest track but tomorrow it could all change.

For those wondering about why Jazz’ min experience seems to be going up during a shortage it’s because excess FOs are a needless expense when they don’t have captains to fly with.
