Reference Program?
Is the reference program completely dead? I have a friend within the company, and they're hearing they have stopped doing that path of hiring post covid?

I heard the same as well.
The recruiting process is completely different than before, so the advantage to the referral program is almost nil. The referral program was meant to help improve success rates, but I'm not sure if the company got the desired results.
