PC12 training?

Post by ellinas »

Hello again , where do Canadian operators send their pilots hired to conduct PC12 training? I might have an interview with the operator and was wondering .

Thanks in advance

I believe Flight Safety has a sim in Dallas, TX and I know of at least one medevac operator that sends their pilots down there for training.

Thank you for reaching out much appreciated. I assume being a Canadian pilot it’s not hard dealing with the paperwork for the FAA and training down there?

Simcom and FlightSafety have sims that we send our PC12 pilots too. The PIC is required to have a certificate from a sim centre for initial training. Annual recurrent training can be done in sim+aircraft or just aircraft depending on how your com is approved.
