There was another one in Europe today. Citation took off from Spain, pressurization issues. Looks like a pilot passed out, plane flew for 4+ hours at 360 till it ran out of gas and went down into the Baltic Sea.

This forum certainly has had threads about foreign accidents but it has tended to focus on Canada.
