Jobs for low timers
Heard Westex is really short staffed, are they really looking for twenty to thirty ramp positions.
If so what do they pay?
how much time is acceptable?
who is the Cheif Pilot?
Where are they based?

Is westex really for low timers? what are the chances for them putting a 250hrs ramp guy to a Metro? or is everyone on the ramp just lining up for the right seat in the Navajo? They have only one Navajo so I guess even if they promote rampies, it will still be a looooooooooooong wait... My view is that if you have only 250hrs. the best bit is to go up North. Also, Central Mount Air also promotes rampies, but the catch is that they only promote one low time rampie per year.. the 8th in line = cockpit in 8 years... does it worth the wait?
