The only foreign pilot Delta wants is to staff their regional.
Delta mainline is getting on the well staffed level, classes are 13 weeks wait from CJO. They are back to 2019 staffing levels and are just hiring for attrition and expansion.
There's a lot of qualified applicant at the majors. TPIC nor degree are necessary, 2000 hours and you have a chance at an interview if you do the right step to get your application polished and meet the recruiters at their events.
If they want Canadians, it's for the their wholly owned regionals. Still good pay now (Captain 275K + year) but shitty QOL and questionable future.
