I'm about to embark on an online Instrument Rating course. In looking at both Hangaar and pilottraining.ca, I can see if either of them recommended a specific companion textbook.
Does it matter what textbook you use? For those that have written the INRAT, what textbooks did you use?
I'm thinking of the following, just to be safe:
CDN Instrument Rating Workbook
CDN Instrument Procedures Manual
CDN Instrument pilot answer guide
I'm also thinking that I should be getting a meteorology text as well, does that make sense?
Textbook for Instrument Rating
