I have used Titan jugs and they seem to be working well. ECI has built a reputation with there jugs and after doing some research on them a few years ago I have been using ECI when ever I can.
THe titans are fairly new and they have had their problems. Between Nov/02 and around apr/03 they had some trouble in the processing plant. There was a problem with the heat treating process on all their -520/550 jugs. ALL these cylinders are being recalled at ECI's expense.
See TC's web site on a recent AD.

There is also a fairly big saving over OEM cylinders. I'm not sure about cost comparison to superior cyl.
When I was doing research on the ECI cyl. I phoned all the engine shops in Western Canada (Man, Alberta, BC) that I know and they all said they liked them better than OEM.

One thing I should add, I talked to ECI before the AD came out about this problem and they told me what happened and why. I don't have a problem using there cylinders and will continue to do so.
