I agree - Tower dudette is REALLY good, but as far as creativity its not ranking as high as ... I am hoping that this forum will spark some more creative avatars from those more talented than me.

You could just link to it as an offsite avatar as opposed to uploading it. It makes it a lot easier to use something that you like if you do it as a link.
