Mesa Airlines is hiring street captains again for the DHC-8 for East Coast Delta Connection operations..

Mins are ICAO requirements: If you got an Canadian ATP, 2500 hrs. total, write your FAA ATP written, and the right to work Stateside, you're OK.

The reason they need captains of the street is that they do not have enough qualified F/O's that meet the ICAO requirements for airline captains. They hire most F/O's (very well trained) at 300 hrs out of aviation colleges.
