Travel Privileges

Post by bohica »

Jacques et al.....

Just trying to figure out who has travel privileges at AC. From what I know now. Parents yes, kids yes, Parents-in-law no. But do my brothers and sisters have some sort of passes unaccompanied.

If you are not married you can name anyone to be your travel partner. A travel partner can travel on their own and you can change your travel partner twice a year. You could name your brother/sister as your travel partner.

" Family Affair " is a discounted "Tango" fare which is a confirmed seat but can only be purchased 2 weeks prior to the departure date.

If you visit the employee travel website and look under the news and policies / family affair tab, it explains it all for you there.
