Hello folks, long time reader first time poster.
Just looking at the ATIS from YYZ and I was wondering if anyone could tell me, with a reference if possible, what the "VA" stands for.
I have highlighted the area in blue on the attached picture.
Thanks in advance everyone.
Cheers

It’s from the French third person singular conjugation of the verb aller, “il/elle va”, which is the verb “to go”. It translates to “GO ahead and skip the rest of the message, the useful information is over”!
