AME M1 - King Air Experience or Quality Assurance Manager - Upper Valley Aviation

Post by mmartin1872 »

Upper Valley Aviation is seeking one of two types of AME's:
-an experienced Beech Turboprop AME as we operate a King Air 200 currently in our Air Charter.
or
-an AME that is willing and capable of filling the role of Quality Assurance Manager.

As the King Air AME we are looking for an engineer that is capable of line maintenance snags on the King Air, phase inspections and cabin configuration changes. When the King Air is flying or not in need of maintenance the other roll in our shop is the disassembly and reassembly of aircraft for the PaintShop.

As the Quality Assurance Manager - we'd be looking for the AME that has training in Quality Assurance either through project management training/background, or QA training through CCA/IATA/HAC. A thorough understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations, MPM/OC/MCM auditing/QA system requirements. Understanding different forms of root cause analysis, and choosing the one that best suits the issue. You would be expected to take the regulations exam (if you aren't an AME) and an interview with Transport Canada within 6 months of being hired, and trained on our current processes.

Resumes can be emailed to
